1. all products purchased, except for quality problems, will not be entitled to repair, return or exchange. buyers who confirmed the receipt of goods will be regarded as have confirmed the quality,too.
2. all finger joints must not be bent excessively toward the back of hand,fingers cannot bear object forces, any fractured dolls caused by the over bending beyond 15 degrees or caused by impacting or falling down will not be returned or repaired.
3. angles between thighs cannot be stretched beyond 140 degrees. the broken of inside skeleton or the tear of silicone,due to buyer’s mishandling,factory will not take care of the warranty. 
4. factory will not responsible for any repairing or returning of faded dolls which caused by buyers’ vigorously wiping during maintaining process. Factory will provide a paid service for repairing, while buyers have to pay for the freight and maintenance costs.
5. There is a risk of losing goods during delivery. To avoid risks, buyers can either buy insurance for dolls on their own or ask factory to send back repaired dolls with insurance. factory will,by default,consider that buyers understand and accept all risks that may happen during the transportation,and will bear any potential losses,if there is no special requirements in advance.

Storage environment:
Our hyper-realistic dolls are made of platinum silicone, no odor,non-toxic. It is known that silicone products,after a long time of storing may have oil on its surface,due to silicone oil inside raw materials, which is normal phenomenon. please wipe gently with talcum powder. In addition, as dust and stains will adhere to the surface of doll during using,carrying and storing, in order to maintain the good performance of silicone skin and the cleanliness of the silicone surface, please do maintenance in a period of time, the time intervals vary depending on the conditions of use and the environment in which they are stored. Please wipe them gently with powder each time before use,or clean your dolls every half month,if has to store it for a long time.
please clean it gently with mild detergent,if there is dirt on the surface of the doll to avoid damage or fade. You can also use soap, laundry detergent, shampoo,etc to do the maintenance. It is banned to use corrosive cleaners, including strong acids and alkali or strong disinfectant and detergent, etc., when wiping the surface of silicone doll. Any damages caused by mishandles will not be covered by the warranty rules.

 

Joints maintenance:
If doll joints remained in a highly curved level for a long time,may result in wrinkles on the surface of doll,because of the improper posture and a long time forcefully pressed the doll surface. For example, maintaining the flexion of knuckles for a long time, the inside may be extruded some irregular textures,so please restore each joint to a unstressed position after display or use, such as lying down or choosing a relax posture.
 
Makeup maintenance:
A special silicone paint makeup used for dolls before shipment from factory, which,generally,will not fall off, but improper handling may cause makeup fading,please do gently the cleaning, otherwise,eyelashes, pubic hair loss and discoloration, because it it difficult to repair,once colored faded.
buyers can use cosmetics to do makeup by themselves, but please choose the cosmetics with low viscosity and low oiliness. Or else it may cause difficulty in cleaning. please pay attention to the makeup removing process to avoid any discoloration(any abnormal operations caused discoloration or hair loss is not within the scope of our warranty, the fade and hair loss can be repaired, but buyers must bear the shipping and repairing costs)

1.the makeup of each doll is done by hand, so it is impossible to be exactly the same, and there will be a slight difference one another.
2.light, angles and techniques during photo-shooting process may cause visual errors.

The makeup of dolls is achieved by a special silicone paint and top confidential painting techniques. Under normal circumstances,makeup will not fade away, like coating a thick film to the surface of silicone doll, the film will gradually become lighter and thinner as time goes by.

 

Your dolls will dye?
As silicone itself will get stained, so dark clothes are prohibited.New clothes should be washed several times before dressing it up,because it is difficult to remove after dyeing, using decolonizing cream will destroy doll’s original makeup.

Can your dolls be showered or flushed?

Although there is no essential difference between bathing and cleaning,such kind of dolls (including other brands) are not recommended to flush with water, or have a bath, because the internal movable skeleton of the doll is made of metal, and the foam silicone filling stuffs will soak water if enter into water, the metal skeleton will be rusted, or has odor, due to long-term accumulation of water. Our recommendation is: cleaning dolls regularly with talcum powder, or gently clean dirty parts with wet cotton or towel. 

 

Why your dolls chose foam silicone as a filler?
At present, the filling ways of silicone dolls are roughly divided into two methods, the first type with internal filler and covered with silicone skin outside, while the second one is 100% silicone inside and outside. We chose the first method,the contents of filling materials are varies,such as foamed sponge, foamed PU, foamed silicone, etc., we chose the foamed silicone to produce non-toxic and safe dolls, even the cost is much higher, and the production process is more complicated.

Advantages as follows:

1. the weight of the doll can be reduced, about 20% compared to dolls made with 100% full silicone.
2. Make dolls softer.
3. can increase the tensile strength of the silicone layer, and prevent the metal skeleton touch directly to the silicone surface to make sure the safety of the outside silicone layer.
4. except the skeleton, 100% raw material is silicone to avoid any other impurities, for the sake of the safety of human body.
5. this choice is more expensive, in terms of raw materials and processing costs, but we do not want to give up our original intentions,just to save some costs.

Customization is normally divided into complete personal customization and semi-customization, if buyers choose from our available options,such as skin colors,eyes,hairstyles,vaginal sizes or shapes,etc,this is called semi-customization,while complete personal customization is welcomed,but ideas must comply with laws to avoid any potential legal disputes.
